Huge update!!!!

New spells
New Items
3 new quests
Reworked NPC aggro
Rescaled all NPC's and Bosses to more appropriate levels
Fixed loot issues
New spell File and DBstring - make sure you download it!


Steppes is now fully developed and ready for full scale testing!!!!!
