Updates 2-16

Fixed a handful of DB issues. Got players starting in correct zone again, fixed zoning issues with Relic , Fixed Charm augs from Arcstone. Cleric lvl 71-75 spells are in will be doing other classes daily(be patient its very time consuming and tedious as hell), Added inventory to all merchants in Relic. Some quests are bugged and are being worked out, increased mob difficulty slightly as this is a group zone. Much more coming very soon!
