Edited all Loot tables and Nameds
Implemented more items
Fixed Doppleganger to drop item rather than reward it for killshot
locked outside zones
Added spell file- only a couple changes atm.
Probably forgot some stuff.


***Mesa is virtually complete,just missing a couple quests. Please keep testing development on Steppes is scheduled to begin on Tuesday.***
