Updates 2-13

New Spell File and DB string make sure to get it!

Changed the way Pallies heal, they now are self/group healers.

Spawned 99% of Relic, Mobs scaled phase 1 complete.

75% of quests are wrote for Relic. Though tasks are not implemented just yet.

Still have to add items to merchants and script a couple fights.


Zomm in Arcstone is currently broken. Scaled him up making him a much tougher opponent will be revising his specific loot soon.
